3. User Accounts
To access our programs, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account with any other person
- Not create multiple accounts for the same individual
4. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and subject to applicable UK VAT/NHIL/GETFund unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of purchase, provided that:

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Webornin platform — including video lessons, written materials, graphics, logos, and course designs — is the exclusive property of Webornin, protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share account credentials or resell access to others
- Record, download, or redistribute course videos without authorization
- Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape our platform
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webornin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Webornin in the 12 months preceding the claim. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@webornin.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund policy in Section 5.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of UKy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, UKy.
