2. Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C. These guidelines make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including:

- Browser compatibility — supports latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- No auto-playing media — all video and audio requires user action to play
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Skip navigation link available for keyboard users
- Form labels — all inputs include visible labels and clear error messages

Our platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control (macOS/iOS)
- Screen magnification: Windows Magnifier, ZoomText, browser zoom
- Switch access and other alternative input devices
6. Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility compliance, we are aware of the following limitations we are actively working to resolve:
- Some older PDF course materials may not be fully screen reader compatible — remediation is in progress
- Live session transcripts may have a short delay — real-time captioning is being implemented
- Some third-party embedded content may not fully meet our accessibility standards — we are working with providers to improve this
